At Ophoria, we understand that high-performance wellness equipment is a significant investment. We take our logistics as seriously as our product design, ensuring your order is handled with the highest level of care from our domestic facilities to your door.

Most products offer free shipping to nationwide or metropolitan areas, however some products and brands may incur delivery fees if listed on the product page.

Shipping Coverage Area

We provide professional delivery services Australia-wide. Whether you are outfitting a private home studio or a commercial facility, our logistics network is equipped to reach major metropolitan areas and regional locations across the country.

 

Order Confirmation

Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your request and have pre-authorized your payment. We then begin coordinating with our domestic suppliers to prepare your equipment for dispatch.

 

Order Processing Time

Every product undergoes a final quality inspection before leaving the warehouse. Our average handling time is 3–5 business days. This period allows us to ensure that your equipment is securely crated and prepared for professional transport. 

 

Shipment Notification & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification email containing your tracking information. For large-scale items, this will include details for the specialized freight carrier assigned to your delivery.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

While delivery times can vary based on your specific location within Australia, most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days. This total window includes our internal handling time and an average transit time of 3–7 business days.

 

Large and Bulky Item Deliveries

Certain products, including Pilates reformers, treadmills, and other bulky equipment, are curbside drop-off only. This means your order will be delivered to the front of your property, and at the discretion of the driver they may deliver to your front door or building entrance unless otherwise stated

Customers must ensure suitable assistance is available to unload and move the item into the property. Delivery drivers may assist at their discretion, but any help beyond curbside delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Please ensure there is safe and clear access at the delivery location, including adequate space and pathways.

If you require carry-in service, installation, assembly, or packaging/crate removal, contact us before your order is dispatched. Additional services may be available for an extra fee.

Shipping Carriers

To ensure the safest and most reliable transit, we partner with premium carriers including Australia Post, Global Express, and DHL. For our larger Reformer machines and high-ticket apparatus, we utilize professional freight services experienced in handling oversized, high-value equipment.

 

Delays & Exceptions

In the event that an item is out of stock or requires a custom lead time, our team will contact you directly within 24 hours of your order to provide updated timelines. While we strive for punctuality, external factors can occasionally cause transit shifts. In these rare instances, we take a proactive approach, notifying you immediately of any delays so you are always kept informed.
